So for many going paleo/primal, raw, vegan, vegetarian or any other diet improvement can lead to a list of no items. And while certain foods (can we even call them foods???) should be on the no list forever (since man was never intended to consume such items) there are some of your old favorites you should be happy to know that can be re-created in a tasty and healthy format.
Today’s review is of pure, organic camellia oil I have been using since May. I absolutely love this oil, but I’m not the only one 🙂 in Japan its known as “the beauty secret” of the Geishas. Camellia oil has been used for centuries and today I am sharing my review of Pure Attitude Cosmetics‘ Organic Camellia Oil. Do you use protein powder?
I know some blogs don’t recommend protein powder because of the following for the most part:
- they feel most people can get enough protein through diet
- they feel most people aren’t active enough to need the extra protein
- or they feel that regardless of the ingredients no protein powder is 100% natural because man creates it (even if the ingredients are 100% natural you don’t see protein powder growing on a plant, tree or from the ground)

Our bodies NEED water.
Look at how water makes up a great portion of our organs:
The brain and heart are 73% water, lungs +/- 83% water, the skin is 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79% water and your body’s bones are 31% – According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158
